Problems while sending or attaching attachments in the AOL email.

1. Checking the size of the files trying to send

If the users are facing AOL attachment problems then it is possible that the size of the file you are trying to send or attach is exceeding the size limit given by the AOL mail. 

2. The Browser issues needs to be fixed

There could be some issues with the browser you are using that you need to fix to continue using the AOL mail without any problems. 

3. The link of the file might not be working

If the file link of the attached file is not working properly then you will not be able to load it properly; you can try to fix the problem of AOL attachment problems by switching the browser to a new browser.  

Problems while opening the received email in the AOL email.

1. The files need to be downloaded properly

Sometimes the users download the files partially and then it creates trouble while accessing the files and tends to create issues then. So the users need to make sure that the file they are downloading is completely downloaded. 

2. Restarting the PC and then restart it again

The users should try to first shut down their PC and then restart it again to fix the AOL attachment problems. Once you are done with the restart of the PC you will have to open it again and then check if the problem is resolved or not.
